Stress Fracture Sidelines Yao For Season
Yao Ming has been sidelined for the rest of the season with a stress fracture in his left foot.
“It’s obviously a difficult day for our organization and our fans,” general manager Daryl Morey said. “We’ve been playing exceptional ball. Yao’s been a huge part of that.”
Wow, so how much does this suck for the Rockets. Yao being out 3 to 4 months pretty much sums up their hopes of the title. This injury also might keep Yao out for this summers Olympics in Beijing, which begin on August 8th.
