An MVP body of work

KG’s season has been Magically Booblicious

There has been a lot of talk about the MVP race from the pundits but the only number I care about is this 36, which is of course the win differential between last years 24 wins and this years 60 (and counting) wins.

Ask yourself this. If it is really a numbers game, is there any number more significant than that?

Bottom Line: KG is MVP

Amen. I’m a moron, and even I can tell that KG is the most important player to his team, period.

Paul Pierce is just as important to the Celtics as KG. Lest we forget the T’Wolves were 32-50 last year also. I can’t sit there and say KG is the only reason this “TEAM” is winning, nor is it just Paul Pierce. There’s a reason the team mantra is “Ubuntu” and its the same reason that the MVP crap is for Kobe/LeBron and other me first guys. Its all about the ring.

I agree with you in spirit but I think Garnett deserves the nod. He changed everything when he came here. Personally, I hate arguing about MVP but it’s silly that KG is somehow losing out on a “statistical” argument when the only stat that matters is wins.
