He Ain’t Lucky No More

From Boston.com
Damon Blust, the man who played mascot Lucky the Leprechaun, has parted ways with the Celtics.
Sources close to the situation told the Globe’s Marc Spears both sides agreed on a mutual resignation.
One source said Blust missed some team appearances and didn’t see eye to eye with his boss on several issues. There is no legal or personal problem outside of the arena that led to Blust’s departure.
I don’t want to be mean, but let’s say he wasn’t my cup of tea.

Maybe if you mix the Leprechaun outfit and the Mexican Wrestling Mask…
Never was a fan of “Lucky”, another left-over of the 20-win season.

I always thought Lucky was ok. The kids and drunken morons seemed to love him. Oh well…Big night tonight. Let’s hope Perk and some of our other boys get the All-Star nod tonight!

Dang…I always liked Lucky. Especially since he made that sling shot dunk from the 3point line a few seasons back!!!

I don’t see anything wrong with partying, a guy like that who enjoys running around being a mascot must like to party pretty hard, it’s in his personality.
I will definetly miss those big hands all lit up with the green outline and logo, that looked sick, but who knows what happened, hopefully it wasn’t just he had a hangover one day.
